A combination of baby massage, baby yoga, sensory stimulation, shiatsu, relaxation and singing.
Every week, we include a gentle relaxation exercise for the grown-ups, sing our way through some fabulous yoga stretches and massage strokes, discover useful shiatsu points for baby ailments and soothe the little ones with a lullaby.
We also have time for a cuppa, snack and chat. Its a great way to meet other parents and make new friends!
