This course is designed for parents to be who have discovered Hypnobirthing later on in pregnancy.

During these sessions, we will cover the core principles and techniques of Hypnobirthing.

Sessions can be arranged for a mutually convenient time/days and can be held at your home or in my home in Wakefield. Alternatively, they can be run via Zoom

4hrs either spilt into 1 or 2 sessions.
